According to the November 17 issue of American media Hollywood Reporter, the Korean movie “Snowpiercer” will be made into a TV drama. The reports said that Tomorrow Studios bought the copyrights to “Snowpiercer” and turn it into a TV series. Josh Friedman will be the screenwriter.
Marty Adelstein of Tomorrow Studios said, “We are very happy to be able to produce the drama of such high quality.” He added, “Josh is a great writer who will create a new world. We are pleased to undertake such a project with him.”
Josh Friedman, in turn, said, “I am honored to have this opportunity, as I was a big fan of ‘Snowpiercer,’ which is a perfect sci-fi movie both politically and in terms of fun. Plus, it has a giant train. What more could you ask for?”
