Hong Kong girl group As One (not to be confused with the existing Korean pop duo with the same name), currently consisting of members Shin, Nata, Chloe, and Kayan will be making their Korean debut this July. The group previously debuted in Hong Kong with songs “Catch Me Up” and “New Girl.”
The group’s leader Shin is part Korean. Meanwhile, Nata was a member of Hong Kong’s national rhythmic gymnastics team.
As One will be making their Korean debut with a dance-pop song titled “Candy Ball.” Their cheerful voices harmonize beautifully into a cute and charming sound. Also, the lyrics discuss the magical feeling of falling in love.
Famous individuals including composing team Lee Ki Yong Bae, lyricist Maybee, stylist Seo Soo Kyung, WAWA Dance Team, and music video director Hong Won Ki from ZANYBROS are contributing toward the group’s debut.
As One’s agency United Asia Management stated, “The Korean music industry is one of the finest in the world. We’ll continue advancing through Asian on China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and also Southeast Asia. Please cheer us on as we make efforts to provide bubbly music in around Asia.”
